Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your fabric. This policy covers returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, and order cancellations.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange your fabric within 24 hours of delivery, provided it is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you: unused, unwashed, uncut, and untampered with.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong fabric or an item that is damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Depending on your preference and the availability of the fabric, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations
Because orders are prepared and dispatched quickly, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp at +234 807 317 7774. We cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has been dispatched for delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have confirmed the returned item, or once a replacement is unavailable and a refund is agreed instead.
